• Do you have Public Liability Insurance (also known as P.L.I) Ask to see a copy
• Is the equipment you use industry standard and Portable Appliance Tested  (P.A.T) Ask to see a copy
• Will you confirm our booking in writing and request a deposit to secure your services
• Can we have your full postal address and contact details
• Will you personalise the music to suit ours and our guests tastes
• Do you have a failsafe backup plan should you be ill or your equipment fail
• Can you provide both client and venue testimonials
• If you play your music from hard drives or laptops do you have a Produb licence
• Do you guarantee your work 
• Is your business registered with Company’s House and HM Revenue and Customs
